Meet Our Founders

Arshia Singh Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Arshia Singh is a incoming senior at Dublin High School in  California's Bay Area. She co-founded Action Autism after witnessing firsthand the lack of resources, understanding, and support for students with autism in schools and society. Inspired by her mother, a special education teacher, and motivated by the stigmas she saw growing up, she realized that meaningful change starts with awareness, empathy, and action. Through Action Autism, she set out to create inclusive tools, advocate for policy reform, and amplify the voices of those on the spectrum—because she believes everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and understood

Anvesha Bhagat Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Anvesha Bhagat is a incoming junior at the Academy of Math, Science, and Engineering in New Jersey. Anvesha was inspired to help create Action Autism after witnessing her younger cousin’s experiences growing up on the autism spectrum. Seeing the barriers he faced in accessing support and feeling truly included drove her to take action. She joined this movement to foster inclusivity, expand access to educational and emotional resources, and advocate for a world where neurodivergent individuals are embraced, not marginalized. Her personal connection fuels the Action Autism mission to make lasting, meaningful change for families like hers

California State Team

Crystal Hoarau Fundraising Manager

Hi everybody! I’m Crystal and I was excited to join Action Autism because of the potential for immense impact and due to my drive for making change. In my own life and in my family I see how neurodivergence is misunderstood and even looked down upon, and I want to be apart of a mission that works to break down stigma and raise awareness. I have a passion for helping others in any and all settings, and with this organization I can raise awareness for a cause that impacts so many people everywhere and work to help in new and extraordinary ways.

Hi everyone i’m Khloe! I am apart of Action Autism because I care about helping people with autism feel seen, supported and included. I have always been interested in learning more about autism, as well as how to support and help people. I am excited to learn more and be apart of Action Autism, which I believe can make a difference in today’s society for the better.

Karthika Fundraising Associate

Hey everyone!! I’m Karthika. I joined Action Autism because I’ve always had a passionate and kind nature, and I genuinely love helping others in any way I can. In today’s world, we’re seeing more and more people being diagnosed with autism, and I believe it’s our responsibility to create a community that understands, accepts, and supports them. I don’t want to see people suffer just because they’re different or because others don’t take the time to understand their needs. That’s why I want to try as much as I can to help, whether that means spreading awareness, supporting families, or simply being a friend to someone who feels alone. Action Autism gives me a chance to use my empathy in a meaningful way, and I’m excited to be part of a group that’s making a real difference in people’s lives.

Smriti Fundraising Associate
